Am I Funded?

Terms

Short version: a subscription to software that measures your retirement plan. It costs $129 a year, tax included. It is not advice. Cancel any time, and a first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days.

What you are buying

A subscription to Am I Funded, the signed-in part of amifunded.com. You enter your own plan. The software prices it against today's government bond prices, shows the bonds that would pay each year, and shows what a market move does to the plan. The free calculator stays free whether or not you subscribe.

It is a measurement, not advice

Nothing on the site is financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it recommends buying, selling or holding anything. It does not consider your personal circumstances beyond the figures you enter, and it can be wrong: markets move, data can be late, and software has bugs. Decide for yourself, and take advice from someone licensed to give it before you act on a figure.

Price and renewal

The subscription is paid yearly, in US dollars, with any sales tax, VAT or GST included in the price. It renews each year on the date you first paid, at the price shown then, until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time on the billing page, which the receipt links to. Access continues to the end of the year you have paid for, and no further payment is taken.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, it is refunded in full and the subscription ends. Reply to your receipt or write to the address below. After that, a paid year is not refunded, and cancelling stops the next renewal.

Who sells it

Payments are taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller and handles the tax on each sale. The service is provided by Turnbull Thomson Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

Your account and your data

You sign in with Google. You can delete your account at any time on its own page. What the site keeps, and for how long, is on the privacy page.

Changes and limits

The software will change as it improves. If these terms change in a way that matters to you, the new terms apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. To the extent the law allows, the most the service is liable for is what you paid for the current year. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore.
